RULES GOVERNING THE SAFE OPERATION OF MANATAG EQUIPMENT:

The following rules detail safe operational guidelines for the inflatable equipment you are leasing from ManaTag. To ensure safe operation of the equipment, it is in your best interests to have these rules read aloud by a company representative. Further, you are encouraged to direct any questions you may have about the operation of the inflatable to your representative from ManaBall before you begin use of the equipment.

Supervision: The safety of the children depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required at all times. As the lessee of this unit, the safety of all the players is your responsibility. As the adult supervisor, you should position yourself in close proximity of the players and be prepared to assist. Our referees/staff are fully trained to observe and prepared to immediately assist as well to prevent any harm or injury.

Glasses/Jewelry: All players MUST REMOVE GLASSES, ALL LOOSE JEWELRY AND ANY SHARP WEARABLES before playing in the bubbles.

Clothing: All players must wear clothing appropriate for physical activity.

Pre-existing Health Conditions: Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the bubbles at any time.

Hot Temperature Days: Be prepared by wearing sun block and be hydrated before arrival at appointment. Be sure to bring refreshments and wear appropriate wear. Complimentary water bottles will be provided.

General Misuse: Players may not enter the NO MAN ZONE AFTER start of game. Players may NOT tag each other with arrows in the NO MAN ZONE. Please be careful not to step on arrows. Make sure the area is clean of any and all debris like rocks, sticks, twigs, pinecones, and any other players. DO NOT "Dry shoot" as that'll damage the bow.

Negligence or Abuse: The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse of equipment (archerytag).

Negligence and damage to unit could result in a $60 per unit Repair Fee.

If unit is not repairable a fee of $100-120 could result.
